1. All bookings need to be confirmed by VJMW prior to attending the appointment. We will contact you to set up the appointment once we get the bookings.
2. Delivery days apply to business days only.
3. Any additional fees will be advised to you prior to undertaking any services.
4. All fees for service guidance are exclusive of GST. GST will be specified on the invoice.
5. It is the responsibility of the agent to advise its clients of appropriate appointment times.
6. There will be an additional travel fee charged if the property is over 10km from us.
This will be informed to you prior to undertaking the services.
7. All images will be supplied to the agent or owner of the property by email within 7 days.
8. Images will be supplied in low-res with a watermark until full payment has been made in which the high-res images will be released. Low-res photos are only for confirmation, not other than that purpose. If we found that the client uses the confirmation photos, low-res photos, legal action will be made.
9. If a property is unattended at arrival, access is impossible, a cancellation fee will be charged at 50% of the total booking value.
10. All packages come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
11. VJMW will issue an invoice for services within 5 days if necessary.
12. Payment must be made in accordance with the terms specified on the invoice.
13. VJMW retains ownership of all intellectual property and other rights in any materials or media produced or created by us during the provision of services. You (the paying customer) are granted an irrevocable, royalty-free license to use those materials upon payment in all media throughout Australia & Internationally for promotional purposes only. However, the royalty-free license expires after 1 year. After 1 year, all the contents must be destroyed.
14. You agree to inspect all services and/ or products and notify us of any defects within 5 working days of the creation of the services and/ or products, failing which we will have no liability for any defects.
15. Captured people in the materials, photos, video or others, can claim to remove from the materials if they do not like to be presented. We only capture the people with the subjects to express the best expression of the scene, however, we would like to comment that the harmony with our living is what the authentic meaning of the architecture is.
